Stop measuring vanity metrics
The danger with vanity metrics is that they make you feel like you are getting results without actually telling you anything useful about your brand.
Much more actionable than a vanity metric, understanding the purpose behind a true metric and how it linked to content strategies will help you to focus your efforts and resources on where they will have the most impact.
What will you get?
GO BEYOND VANITY METRICS
Go beyond vanity metrics like # of followers and # of likes. Collect thousands of posts from social media and see how your brand resonates through the eyes of your audience and understand your competition content strategy.
SEMANTIC AND IMAGES ANALYSIS
Once you’ve collected data, identify all the patterns (inside text and images) that matter to your brand. Be your own data scientist by making artificial intelligence and machine learning work for you.
Understand the why
BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH YOUR AUDIENCE
Now that you’ve identified the trends, understand why those trends are happening. Through competitive and sentiment analysis, find out why your audience will likely engage, retain and convert.
